We understand that when a disaster happens, customers want their property back to "normal".  As a customer it is important for you to know that we are working as fast as we can to make this happen. 

No matter what kind of disaster you ae dealing with, fire, smoke, water, mold or sewage, we have certain steps that must be taken in order to make sure the job is done correctly. 

We may have to wait for approval from your insurance company, or we may have to dry out the effected space. Fire for instance we generally will need wait until the fire dept.  to find the cause of origin before we are cleared to even enter the premises.
