Broken toilet leads to massive water loss.

When a toilet supply line broke from a third floor SERVPRO was quick to respond. We inspected the home and discovered that all floors all the way to the basement were affected with the water damage. 

Several ceilings and floors needed to be removed to effectively prepare to dry the spaces. Once the ceiling was removed we placed the correct amount of dehumidifiers and air movers throughout the home to ensure the structural materials would dry. 

Pictured here is the second floor bath ceiling that needed to be removed in order to properly dry out the space.
