Water damage from bathtub on 2nd Floor

This Springfield home had a drain leak in the upstairs bathroom which caused the damage shown in the before picture. After assessing the damage and testing the materials for asbestos. We were able to remove the materials exposing the sub-floor above we were able to identify the cause and show that copper piping had not been properly insulated. This could cause further damage in the future due to the pipe bursting from not being insulated near an exterior wall. The customer was very happy with our work, customer service, professionalism and efficiency. The process took no more than 5 days giving the customers peace of  mind that the problem was being taken care of.
