Water damage from ice making machine (Springfield MA)

This Springfield home was affected by water damage caused by leak in a water line of the refrigerator ice machine. The damage sat long enough to cause the tiling to pop up in place. Also mold had developed underneath the tile. After accessing the situation it was determined that the tile should be removed to prevent any other hazard. Once we removed the tile and treated the mold we were able to dry the structure such as the sub-floor and treat the mold as well. The customer was very happy with our service and will be calling our franchise with any further problems
