Sewage back up in Springfield MA

This Sewage back up was caused by a tree root breaking into the pipe 40 feet away from the house in Springfield MA. Sewage water had soaked all carpeting through out the basement. With the high amount of contents we was able to remove everything that was affected and then some.With our help we were able to put the customers mind at ease and leave the customers mind at ease. The after picture was taken 5 days after initial loss. The customer was extremely grateful and relieved that we were able to clean up in such a short amount of time.
