Water Damage in a trailer home (Chicopee MA)

This mobile home was damaged by a faulty sink valve in the bathroom. The damage stemmed from the bathroom to the neighboring rooms through and underneath the wood flooring. With the demo necessary we were able to prevent mold growth and further damage. The bathroom tile was removed as well. Along with the baseboard, toilet, and vanity. The before picture shows the wood floor in the hallway that started cupping. After shows the wood flooring removed and flood cuts to the drywall that had been affected by the loss.  The customer was pleased with our work and our ability to work expeditiously to prevent any further damage.
